			9	* As magic only exists in the Quantum World world they only can exist there?
			10	* maybe as portals open to the human world the non-magic believe spreads also to the human world?

			17	They obey one or more gods, and say that mortal beings shall not have such powers.
			18	They hunt everyone with super natural power, no matter where.
