## Skuggaheri - Schattenherr - The Bad Guys


* Similar to
  * Imperium (Star Wars)
  * Team Rocket (Pokemon world)
* There should be a faction with a name and one big boss that controls every part
  * like a general
    * maybe he has supernatural powers
* Throughout the story there will be
  * many generic nameless low-tier bad guys
  * some higher-tier bad guys
    * should have names to be able to be referenced in other sagas/stories
### Rules

* Bad guys do not have super powers
* except the General and some henchmen that are given powers from the general?
  * but "giving powers" should have some negative side effect or else why would he not give every one powers
  * maybe it takes away powers from the General himself until the person dies (?) or can he also take the powers back?
    * remotly? only when in close proximity?

### Subfactions
#### The Renegades
Dr. Dr. Phasor - the Renegade created a sub faction of renegades.
They do not work for the bad guys any more.

As generic army enemies there are robots (like elite soldiers) that are more advanced than low-tier bad guys.
